Bosmer, Orc, or Redguard will all work for stam. that being said the only frost damage i normally do is with impaling shards and meteor. You dont have as much built in sustain as Breton, but you have higher built in spell damage and max magicka so your damage and raw. Now if you were gonna be rolling with a flame staff & flame spells (or even just zaan's monster set) it might be arguably better to be dark elf since 7% is pretty nice.īut for warden who specializes in frost spells and rolling with a lightning staff as i do, with ice comet for meteor morph (frost damage instead of fire) it's definetly been working out better for me to be a high elf. to be honest my first character was khajit/warden/magicka just because i wanted to be a cat-person mage and didn't read up on how khajit is focused on stamina.īut eventually, after getting all crafting to 50 and farming all skyshards i made a new character as high elf/warden/magicka and the damage difference is very noticably improved For tanking, Nords, Argonians and Imperials are great. Warden doesn't need to go argonian to have strong heals, if you're gonna be carrying a restoration staff/warden/magicka build then you'd already be a great healer since warden's green balance skill tree has strong heals What race is best for Warden in ESO It all depends on how you want to play your character.
